Statutory Conditions of Registration
The registration of Ekta Enclave was granted under stringent statutory conditions enforceable by the Authority under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and Rajasthan Real Estate Rules, 2017:
1. Agreement for Sale (Form-G)
The promoter shall enter into an agreement for sale with allottees strictly as prescribed under Form-G of the RERA Act, guaranteeing all promised project specifications and plot dimensions.
2. Conveyance Deed & Common Areas (Section 17)
The promoter shall execute and register a conveyance deed in favour of the allottee for the plot/apartment, along with undivided proportionate title in common areas to the association of allottees.
3. 70% Dedicated Escrow Bank Account (Section 4(2)(l)(D))
70% of all funds collected from allottees are deposited into a dedicated scheduled bank account utilized exclusively to cover land and infrastructure development costs.
4. Enforceable Completion Milestone
Project registration is valid through 01-11-2026 (Estimated Finish Date) under Section 6 of RERA Act, 2016 and Rule 7 of Rajasthan RERA Rules, 2017.
